We loved the friendly and helpful staff, who assisted us with scooter rental and recommended great restaurants and beaches to visit. The hotel facilities were also great, with a clean pool, sauna, and gym equipment. The breakfast was varied, with delicious scrambled eggs and bacon, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel's location was convenient with easy access to transportation.
Nothing not to love.

Difficult to say!!! First impressions was very basic accomodation for 3* Hotel. Swimming pool and sun terrace was ok. Breakfast basic but fine, bread rolls which were lovely, jams, and usual pastries etc. Staff friendly and pleasant. Stayed in better 3* accomodation and don't think I would return here. It was only a ten minute walk UP hill to the Bagni Square where Hotel was situated, but buses did pass by too. It was the second stop on the bus from the Marina/port which only cost 1.40 euro. Taxi's very expensive so use public transport if possible.....
In our room (248) was very basic. We asked to be moved but they never had anything available. We also asked for refund so we could move on somewhere else but they said we couldn't have money back.... We reported that our safe never worked and window did not lock and receptionist said she would get it sorted, but this never happened. Pillows very very poor, eventually saw cleaner and we asked her for one which we got straight away. Toilet seat was moving all over the place and bathroom was very small, could hardly move in it and I am not a big person. Shower screen was also broken and difficult to manouvre. We got on with our trip but were dissappointed with the accomodation as this was not the best that we stayed in. We booked a 4* for less money in Sorrento which was first class to this.....

Sitting accomodation areas (so peaceful to read book).
Very narrow pool! Weak breakfast. Coming noises from the street.

The location of the hotel is not ideal, and some of the beaches are quite far away. it is close to a nice supermarket and has a shuttle service. the rooms are spacious and clean, and some have fantastic views. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options are varied.
The Wi-Fi connection in some of the rooms is not great.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with an excellent bathroom. The location was super convenient for accessing the coast and transportation links. the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. We especially loved the varied and tasty breakfast served every morning.
Sadly, the Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable in some parts of the property. some of the staff members seemed unprepared to deal with situations or requests, and communication wasn't always smooth due to language barriers.

The breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly. They offered a shuttle service to the nearby attractions which was a plus. the hotel was located in a convenient location close to public transportation.
The rooms were uncomfortable and the furniture was outdated. the pool was crowded and the WiFi was not reliable.
